FOR SHIPMENTS :

Concerning the removal of your purchases if you do not take care of it yourself or if you do not have a carrier, independent carriers have left us their coordinates that we can transmit to you so that you can set up the cost, the sending and the date of your delivery. Be careful during your transaction to take an insurance according to the value of your purchases. We remind you that the Auction House does not intervene in this transaction which is at your charge, under your responsibility as well as that of the carrier of your choice. The Auction House does not take responsibility for any damage that may occur during transport.

Please note that the Auction House will not take any shipment at its charge for this sale. The buyers must take care of the removal of the purchased lots by themselves.

PURCHASE ORDERS

The Auction House will execute, at no extra cost, all purchase orders entrusted by amateurs who are unable to attend the auction personally. Any person sending his purchase orders by mail, by fax, by e-mail, by the Gazette Drouot website or by our website, does so at his own risk and without engaging the responsibility of La Maison de Ventes as to the good reception of the latter and will have to confirm them by telephone to avoid any loss.

Purchase orders must be sent either to the address of La Maison de Ventes, 21 avenue Balzac, 94 210 LA VARENNE SAINT-HILAIRE or by e-mail to the address: LT-1@orange.fr, in writing and signed, accompanied by personal, telephone and bank details (bank card number with date of validity and cryptogram), or by using the procedure available on our website: www.lombrail-teucquam.com mentioning the same information.

Purchase orders must be received no later than 4 hours before the sale, so that our offices can contact the interested parties for confirmation and verification if necessary.

The purchase orders are a facility for the customers realized free of charge by the Auction House. The Auction House is not responsible for failure to execute an order by omission, error or any other cause.

BIDS BY PHONE under the same conditions as for purchase orders

The Auction House reserves the right to refuse a purchase order or a telephone call if the guarantees and conditions necessary for their fulfilment are not met. Participation in the auction by purchase order, by telephone or by Internet implies the acceptance of the conditions of sale below.

CONDITIONS OF THE SALE

Participation in the auction implies acceptance of these terms of sale.

Buyers will pay the following fees:

Selling expenses in addition to the bids for purchase orders: 25 % VAT included

Selling expenses in addition to the bids for purchases by telephone: 26 % TTC

By Internet : Drouot Digital : 26.80 % TTC and Interenchères : 28,60 % TTC

It is advised to proceed to a removal of their lots as soon as possible in order to avoid handling and storage costs which are at their charge.

The auctioneer is not responsible for the storage of the lots in any way whatsoever.

In the event of non-payment, the item may be put up for auction again, on the basis of an irresponsible bid, immediately or at the first opportunity; the defaulting bidder may be subject to legal proceedings. In the event of a double bid recognized as effective by the auction house, the item will be put up for sale again immediately, and all the amateurs present and following the sale via the Internet will be able to participate in this second auction.

A preliminary exhibition will allow the buyers to realize the goods put on sale, no complaint will be admitted once the adjudication is pronounced.

The Auction House is open to the public.
